Stockton Graves, Professional Steer Wrestler, has competed professionally since 1998. We asked Graves what he wants the fans to know most about the ERA he said, “I want the fans to learn about the cowboys and get to know them on a personal level. I want the fans to be able to understand and relate to the contestants.” The ERA is excited for the fans and the opportunities they will have when they meet the athletes.

Graves lives in Alva, Oklahoma with his wife and daughter. When he is not one the rodeo road he enjoys hunting and being home with his family.

Q: What do you want the fans to know most about ERA?
A: I want the fans to learn about the cowboys and get to know them on a personal level. I want the fans to be able to understand and relate to the contestants.

Q: What excites you most about the sport?
A: I am excited where the ERA is taking the sport of rodeo.

Q: Who was your mentor or role model at the start of your career?
A:At first it was Ray Duvall, but now as I am getting older and am becoming a family man, I would have to say my father, Jim Graves.

Q:If you didn’t rodeo, what would be your next option as a career?
A: NASCAR
